We reserve the right to alter pricing at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, or product is no longer able to be made, we at Just Jones Interiors will be in contact with you to offer a full refund or replacement product.

Full payments for products and delivery (if applicable) is required at the time of ordering.

Placing an Order Including Commission Pieces

You must  ensure that you have suitable access into your property / the desired room for any products you order from us, as items cannot be returned for access reasons.

Confirmation of your order and payment will be issued to you by email. It is your responsibility to check that this information is accurate and correct. If for any reason the information is incorrect you must notify us by email(info@justjonesinteriors.co.uk) within 48 hours. If you do not notify us, Just Jones will not be liable for any errors at time of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your online order, please do so by CONTACTING US via email within 14 days.

In the unlikely event of damage caused in transit when delivering your order please report immediately to the courier. Your retail statutory rights apply.

Please note: Commission items cannot be returned or refunded.

Information and Disclaimer on Commission Pieces

We can tailor any of our standard lines to your specifications and sizing or are happy to create you something completely unique. Please be aware that these commissions are made on the agreement that they cannot be returned.

In any circumstance where we cannot fulfil an order or commission a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.

Custom Colours: Information and Disclaimer.

If you have selected the custom colour option for your product we will be in touch to discuss options within 48 hours of you placing your order.
To ensure that the quality of customised colours match your expectations, we ask that custom colours are chosen from the Farrow and Ball colour pallet or equivalent. We reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. Wax and finishes used after applying paint can alter colour pallets.


Wood Products: Information and Disclaimer.


Wood is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product.

Although every care is taken to ensure our products are able to handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products you buy from us.

We advise you to keep the product in consistent, stable conditions to minimise the effects of temperature and moisture change in the atmosphere. For example, avoiding placing the product close to a heat sources such as a radiator, underfloor heating, skylight windows or oven will go a long way to ensuring the longevity of the product.

Reclaimed Products : Information and Disclaimer

Reclaimed timber is a natural product and may contain certain aged characteristics including but not limited to: colour variation, nails / nail holes, saw marks, dents / scratches, mortise holes, insect holes, staining, tapering, wane etc.

Reclaimed wood dimensions need to have a tolerance and will not necessarily be as exact as using brand new timber, therefore whilst every effort is made to ensure the correct measurements the dimensions on the finished product can vary slightly.

Appearances of reclaimed wood can also vary from board to board even when sourced at the same time from the same venue. Our imagery and samples are used to demonstrate the general style and quality but the end product will be unique. At point of order you should specify any preferences to be taken into consideration such as timber colour as once production is underway in the workshop there will be additional charges for last minute changes or alterations.

Our reclaimed timber comes from a variety of sources, including construction projects. Therefore, there may be nails and other objects in the wood, both metallic and non-metallic.

Protecting your Privacy.

Just Jones Interiors only use the information we collect about you when you place an order lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998., If you have placed an order with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number, email address, and delivery address(es) for your orders. Additionally we will hold a record of your product selections.

Just Jones Interiors will not disclose or pass on your details to any third party. We may use your email address to contact you to inform you of any promotional offers or new products – if you do not wish to be contacted please let us know.

Delivery Disclaimer.

The stated delivery costs are for Mainland UK only and excludes the Highlands, Ireland, Northern Island and other UK Islands. It may be possible to deliver to these areas including overseas. Please contact us to discuss requirements and for a quote before completing your order

We aim to complete and deliver all orders within 3-6 weeks from receipt of payment. As everything is made to order there may be occasions during busy periods when this deadline can vary. We will be in touch to discuss your delivery date.

You must  ensure that you have suitable access into your property / the desired room for any products you order from us, as items cannot be returned for access reasons.

Ensuring you are at the property for delivery and extra charges:

We require 72 hours’ notice if you will not be available to take delivery of your item(s) at the mutually agreed date and time.

For “large” couriered items our couriers standard delivery terms and conditions apply. In the event that you are not at home when our courier company tries to delivery after a date and time has been agreed with you, a redelivery  charge will be applied in full.  Please be absolutely sure that you will be available at the agreed slot time on the day of agreed delivery.
Items of a smaller nature which will be transported by Royal Mail/FEDEX and will be subject to their delivery terms and conditions.

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, yet there may be times when, despite our best efforts, your delivery may be delayed. At all times, we will endeavour to keep you informed and work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of your order.

In the unlikely event of damage caused in transit when delivering your order please report immediately to the courier. Your retail statutory rights apply. Photographic evidence may well be required if reporting fault or damage to an item. If a fault is found we will make arrangements over the phone for the best next course of action.
